The NFAJ logo animation was born from the NFAJ logo, which the
designer Hitoshi Suzuki created combining images of screen and light. Inspired by this logo, the animator-director Yamamura drew various images with black drawing pens, captured them into the PC, and inverted black and white to express lights. This animation is put on the starting of every films that will be archived from April 2018.

This flipbook was created from the 10 second NFAJ logo animation attached to the films in the NFAJ collection.
The animation, directed by Koji Yamamura, originated from the NFAJ logo which designer Hitoshi Suzuki created by combining images of screen and light. Yamamura drew various images using black drawing pens, scanned the images into a PC, then inverted black and white to express lights. This flipbook contains all 193 frames of the 1:1.85 ratio version of this animation.
